The medieval town of Nolay is celebrating 50 years of the Hautes-Côtes on 6 and 7 August.
A family atmosphere and varied music.
A Paulée Banquet [Paulée is a Burgundy festival to celebrate the end of the wine harvest] will end these two days of festivities, conviviality and communion around the wine theme, on the menu:
Canapés,
Chicken oyster terrine and Burgundy snails,
Pike-perch pavé with saffron, mushroom Duxelles (diced mushroom sauce with crème fraiche)
Boneless Caille de la Dombes chicken, roasted with grapes and nuts, Charlotte potato gratin and sliced vegetable Tian (vegetables baked in an earthenware dish)
Selection of cheeses and salad with nut oil dressing
Praline chocolate craquelin with vanilla ice cream,

Adults: €42. This price includes the Paulée Banquet, including drinks
Children (under 12 years accompanied): €14 - Children's menu, drinks included

Paulée banquet prepared and served by Maurice BUGAUD and his team, dishes are served with specially selected wines from the Hautes Côtes vineyards: Crémant, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune & de Nuits, Red & White.
